Homes that have baseboard heating systems usually have a thermostat in every room that has baseboards, enabling the homeowners to increase or lower the temperature depending on where they are in the house. Usually, baseboard heat is more expensive compared to furnace heating systems. The installation and baseboard replacement could cost around $150 to $300 per unit.
